3.Tips for using PU Soft Machine Printing Paste
A、When using, it should be properly diluted as needed to achieve the best printing effect.
B、Printing speed is too fast may lead to blurred prints, uneven colors and other problems, so the printing speed should be reasonably controlled according to the performance of the printing equipment and the characteristics of the paste.
C、Printing pressure will lead to indentation, deformation and other problems, while too little printing pressure may affect the color fullness and clarity of the print. Therefore, the printing pressure should be reasonably adjusted according to the thickness and hardness of the substrate.
4.PU Soft Machine Printing Paste Usage
A、First, check whether the printing equipment and tools are clean and free of oil; then, adjust the parameters of the printing equipment, such as printing speed, printing pressure, etc., as needed.
B、Pour the water-based soft machine printing slurry into the mixing bucket, add appropriate amount of water for dilution and mixing, until the slurry is uniform and grain-free.
C、Pour the stirred slurry into the sizing device of the printing machine, adjust the parameters of the printing machine and start printing. In the printing process, should pay attention to observe the printing effect, according to the actual situation to adjust the printing parameters.
