PU Dipping paste is the fabric through the glue dip tank, so that the fabric fibers are immersed in the glue slurry, in order to improve the adhesion of the fabric and the adhesive material. Rayon, synthetic fibers and glass fiber cord with a smooth surface, dip glue paste can significantly improve the adhesion of adhesives and fibers.
Commonly used dip for natural latex and resorcinol formaldehyde resin compatible with the water emulsion. Dip glue equipment including impregnation tank, drying room, hot stretching and winding device, can also be connected with the calender, composed of cord fabric dip glue, paste glue, wipe glue linkage production line. For glass fiber cord, before dipping phenolic rubber emulsion, it is necessary to dip water emulsion containing silicone surface coupling agent once, which can improve the adhesion between rubber and glass fiber. Cotton cord fabric dipped in phenolic emulsion can also significantly improve the durability of tires.

It takes 1-2 hours to get paste dry by room temp
2.Cutting
3.Colors paste to tip for 3-5 times

4.It takes about one hour to get paste dry by room temp
5.To get the shoelace tip head smooth by tools

If need soft matte tipping then soft matte to instead of paste XGF-5338/5338C(C is the hard hand feel paste)
