It is very suitable for color printing on dark fabrics, because it can reduce the amount of color paste, while maintaining good color saturation and color coverage. In addition, It can also be used to bond different materials such as paper, fabric, plastic, etc. It is commonly used for craft and DIY projects in offices, schools and homes, as well as preventing paper deterioration, removing stains and protecting items.
Transparent High Densitye use method:
A、Make sure the surface of the item to be glued is clean and free from dust and oil.
B、Dilute the clear adhesive paste with appropriate amount of water and mix well according to the product instructions or personal needs.
C、Using a brush, roller or other tools, apply the blended adhesive solution evenly to the surface of the item. Pay attention to control the amount of adhesive paste to avoid excessive or spillage.
D、Let the coated items stand for a while, and wait for the glue to dry to translucent or transparent state. At this point, glue the two items closely together and wait for natural drying.
When using, the gluing method and waiting time should be adjusted according to the specific items and environmental conditions. The stickiness of the adhesive paste may increase in higher temperature environments, so extra care should be taken when using it to avoid damaging the items.
How to store Transparent High Density:
A、It should be kept in a dark and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and all kinds of radiation, as well as away from fire sources. The temperature of the storage environment should be kept between 5℃ and 35℃, and the relative humidity should be controlled between 50% and 75%, so that it can be stored for 6-12 months.
B、Use after opening: If the glue has been opened, it should be used up within one month and make sure the lid is sealed.
C、Storage in the barrel of the glue dripper: It is recommended to store in the barrel of the glue dripper for no more than three days, and it is recommended to install an air drying filter, or to fill with nitrogen to isolate the air after vacuuming, in order to prevent the glue from absorbing moisture in the air, which will affect the quality of the AB mix after curing. Rainy season: In the rainy season from March to May, it is recommended to take dehumidification measures if the humidity of the operation workshop is greater than 0.8.
