PU Heat transfer sticker and PVC Heat transfer sticker had difference:
1、PU Heat Transfer Film is highly flexible polyurethane based materials, 90 microns that give a soft touch and matte finish surface. It provides the most realistic imitation of leather, and it’s thin and soft to hands compare to PVC. It’s durable, stretchable, and washable. PU is mostly choice when it comes to the detailed because it works well for both finer designs and also layers with other PU colors for multi-color applications. PU is compatible with 100% cotton, 100% polyester, Cotton/polyester blends, some spandex, synthetic blends.
2、PVC Heat Transfer Film is matte finish, shine free PVC material based heat transfer vinyl. PVC also gives great versatility and the ability to imitate almost any look, affording beautiful patterns, prints, textures, hand, and body. PVC is 180 microns which is thicker the PU. It is excellent and suitable for a large lettering or number figures which are easy for cutting and weeding. PVC is less expensive than PU which is a good solution for your customers with tight budgets.
How to use PU Heat transfer sticker: A.Cut your media in reverse order using a cutting plotter. B.Weed the excess or the unneeded part of media. C.Place your design onto target materials like a shirt. D.Set Heat Press Machine with the temperature of 150°C – 160°C. E.Press it for 10 – 15 seconds. F.Remove the backing film when it is done.
